If I could give them less than one star I would My wife called them to come out and look at our washing machine, a Whirlpool Duet Steam, it had the notorious Ffault codeI wasn't home when the repairman came He told my wife that the problem was a bad pressure sensor and tried to convince my wife we should just buy a new washer and dryer, through them of courseI called them because I wanted a few more detailsI asked the guy who came out what the diagnostic test showed when he ran itHe seemed confused when I asked this and he told me the washer showed an Fcode when he ran itI asked him again about the diagnostic test and what that showedAt this point he started becoming rude and abrasive I asked him if he ran the diagnostic test He said he did and that it sequenced all the way throughI asked him if the diagnostic test could/would sequence past Cif it was in fact a bad pressure sensorAt this point he became even more rude and abrasive and said I should have just fixed it myself
I'm not sure if he was lazy or just incompetent but in a service industry that is no way to treat a customer My wife called them back later and asked to speak with the manager/supervisor about this and was told someone would call her backNo surprise, no one called back
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for anythingI question their knowledge, expertise, and ethics
If I could give them less than one star I would. My wife called them to come out and look at our washing machine, a Whirlpool Duet Steam, it had the notorious F35 fault code. I wasn't home when the repairman came. He told my wife that the problem was a bad pressure sensor and tried to convince my wife we should just buy a new washer and dryer, through them of course. I called them because I wanted a few more details. I asked the guy who came out what the diagnostic test showed when he ran it. He seemed confused when I asked this and he told me the washer showed an F35 code when he ran it. I asked him again about the diagnostic test and what that showed. At this point he started becoming rude and abrasive. I asked him if he ran the diagnostic test. He said he did and that it sequenced all the way through. I asked him if the diagnostic test could/would sequence past C00 if it was in fact a bad pressure sensor. At this point he became even more rude and abrasive and said I should have just fixed it myself.
I'm not sure if he was lazy or just incompetent but in a service industry that is no way to treat a customer. My wife called them back later and asked to speak with the manager/supervisor about this and was told someone would call her back. No surprise, no one called back.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for anything. I question their knowledge, expertise, and ethics.
