Charged me $for hours of parking Their rate scale says $for hours, plus I had their website coupon that reduced it to $13.51+ tax anytime So even if they considered my Nissan Murano oversized, I'm not sure how it got up to $ No one there spoke english very well so I found it hard to understand them Also, they would only accept cash since their credit card machine was broken (interesting since it was broken months ago also)

This place is over pricing and atleast double capacity occupied. I am a monthly customer and with the recent storm and plenty of times before but this really [redacted] me off . With the winter storm that just passed us my car was basically left on the driveway and mind you paying over $300+ every month in time of need my vehicle is being covered in snow. Very unacceptable and feel taken advantage of. I've reported to 311 and no one does anything about it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated it has been going on for years and they also contain 2 sign with different daily rates which with my own eyes have seen confusing people. I don't know how they get away with it in this day and age
