Stabile's Pool Service

Review: Pool company worked for our property management company for several years on two rental homes with pools. I understand the owner came upon some hard times in the last year and unfortunately the business suffered. Finally we had to let them go for not performing, not keeping appointments and just plain not showing up for regular, scheduled service. In May of 2013, we were told that the pool needed a new time-clock mechanism. They billed us $75.00 for the time-clock mechanism in addition to the regular monthly service fee of $80.00. They were paid promptly. At the end of the month (June 2013) they were let go. The new pool service company started immediately and informed us that there was no new time-clock installed. We had to purchase a new one at that time. We tried contacting the business and were never contacted regarding our complaint (several phone calls) and never refunded the $75.00. This is a last resort.

Would like the $75 refunded as we were unable to reach them by phone after the discovery (so that they could resolve the issue) and so were forced to purchase the new clock elsewhere. It has been three months in the hottest part of the summer so we could not leave the pool without.
