We used Staats Specialized Services to clean our carpets last monthThey did an amazing job on our carpets They got out a couple of stains that had been cleaned by other carpet cleaning companies, but the stains never disappeared They were on time and didn't try to up sell anything It was neat to watch Staats actually scrub our carpets clean, they then rinsed them and now they feel and smell brand newIt is true, you get what you pay for We will no longer use those carpet cleaning companies that advertise specials
