upon me reserving the venue the gentleman told me that I would get my money back after I cleaned up the venue in which a third party told him that the venue wasnt cleaned up and they only gave me back $in which I should've got more back

cleaning company had to spend extra time to return these 9 tables back to where they belonged, which prompted the Lessor to compensate the cleaning company for the extra time it took to set these table back up, in the amount of $40 (the amount that was deducted from Tenant's $100 deposit, resulting in Tenant receiving $60). As stated in the Lease Agreement that every Tenant is required to sign:.. the premises will be left in the same manner and condition as they previously were when occupied by Tenant and its agents, servants, or invitees..** *..
