This company is very shady they seem nice at first and the paper work is very wishy washyI had my one year contract expire - I had paid upfront for the whole year and just shortly before my year was up I went to them asking to have month to month and have the payments come out of my account automaticallyThe guy told me to sign this paper just my name and address and signature [redacted] I went to cancel the membership two months after and they send me a document of my contract with this new information written in in differently colour penThey are refusing to work with me stating that I should have asked for a contract- Contracts should be provided, completed in full to customers if another contract is being createdThey then lie with this "accounts department." No one gets back to you personally and if you want information you have to request it by formThis is the worst business they have such shady business practicesI don't know how they are in business in a small town like StThomas

Very professional No lies noGimmicks Straight up Memberships done right Very simple

A written request was made to the accounts department by my friend to transfer her training sessions to me. After receiving written approval the company went back on their approval and verbally denied the request. Both my friend and I sent an email asking for an explanation. She received a response and said they changed their mind and that they can do that. When asked to speak to the person in charge the staff [redacted] said to speak to the accounts department - they won't give you a name of who is in charge. The customer service has been the worst I have experienced. There is little concern regarding the outcome of their customers. I cancelled my membership today.
