Review: [redacted], the business owner, was contacted several times by phone to return our calls. He did not complete the job that he agreed to complete. This involved coming back to paint the wood on the pergola he replaced and fixing the ruts in the grass from the heavy machines that tore through our lawn. We have ruts and the grass has not grown back since the lawn was torn up last June from machinery. The replaced wood on the pergola has not been painted and he has failed to call back to let us know the color of the paint so we can do it ourselves.We are very disappointed in the way he handled the job after we paid the bill. He had agreed to do the above things and has never even returned our calls to explain what has prevented him from returning. We are not satisfied and would like other prospective customers to know our circumstances with regards to this business enterprise.Desired Settlement: Not sure at this time. Would like to hear back from the Revdex.com on our options.

We would like to be reimbursed for the paint, our mileage and the time it took to buy as well as the time to complete the paint job.

We also desire the tracks in the lawn to be sodded and leveled with mud. The tracks from the heavy machinery would need to be filled in with mud and then sod placed
