ST Supplement Supplier

We have been calling for a refund since November 2018 for the Slim Freedom Garcinia. We have not received it.
We requested a refund for the Slim Freedom Garcinia since November 2017. The operators keep telling us we are not allowed to speak with management directly that they could only forward our concerns via messaging to management. They keep promising us somene will call us to tell us where the refund is but we are in July of 2018 and no one has called. Today they said the company went out of business but I dont know if they are just trying to get out of the refund. Can you help me get our refund of $36.93. Thank you

NO Returns or Refunds!
I sent back my last package as "return to sender", and just received another package.
I called to cancelI tried last month to cancel as well, but the number I found online was not correct. I had to open the box to get their number.
I called to cancel, and Anton told me that they do not issue refunds or returns, and eventhough they received my last order back, I was still charged for it. I do not want these products. I am 82 years old with quite a few medical issues and my doctor hasn't approved the use of these products.

I saw the ad on facebook through a video from a Dr. Oz show advertising this supplement Garcinia. While ordering it I feel I was tricked into clicking on a button which ordered me a second product called Forskolin. I did not see anywhere that talked about a subscription for more products. I received and tried the products one time and had severe bloating so I threw them both away. About 2 weeks later I noticed a strange charge on my bank account for a different company with the amount of $79.95 and I had no idea why, because the names don't match. But today, I received a new box with the two bottles and a shipping invoice included that does not include a price or any return information! So when I googled ST Supplement supplier, the Revdex.com ratings came up. I wish I would have checked this before ordering! Oh, and there is an address on the Revdex.com page that matches my invoice. Under that is a box for the website. When I click on it, there is only a blank white page on the screen! I'll be going to my bank to try and remove the charges. But I am at a loss on how to stop the future shipments, especially after reading other peoples reviews.

I also answered the FREE SAMPLE of Quicktrim garcinia Fir the price of $4.95 shipping and handling. Pills arrived. About a week after my bank called about a $79.95 charge on my account, from St Supplement. When I called them I was told that I would continue to receive future orders, and that I had 14 days from the day I ordered to cancel. It took two and a half weeks to receive the product. So while waiting for pills my 14 day trail was over. First time I called "agent 351" hung up on me. . second time , refused to reimburse me in full. They did agree to cancel my subscription, and give me a 50% refund. Really not acceptable.
If my bank had not notified me, I would not have known. There was also no monies printed on shipping info that the pills were wrapped in.

Cannot reach the company due to disconnected telephone
I tried to contact the company to request that I do not receive any more product, however, the telephone has been disconnected.

This particular company is the supplier for TrySlimFreedom.com. I signed up for a sample of the product and out of no where o have been receiving billing on my credit card from third party vendors. I waited for my payment to go through for the sample so I could call and cancel any further orders and no one will pick up the phone, other numbers that aren't listed for the company gives a busy tone. This has been an exhausting and horrible experience, my credit card bill is ran up and there ran up and there seems to be no way out. I will never ever do this again, it's a setup to take advantage of innocent people. I have even emailed the support email that was given and someone responded by saying to Call the number given for security purposes and they still do not respond.
