I have reviewed [redacted] complaint(s) and our work order system and there were no work order requests for the items listed in [redacted] complaint I issued a work order for maintenance to address his concerns Maintenance completed the requests on 5/2/and *** [redacted] signed off on the work order; it is attached.In regards to the locked restroom complaint, yes, we have started locking the common area restrooms due to continued theft issues Each resident has a private restroom in their apartment.Lastly, the exterminator was on-site Friday, April 20th for routine spraying and was unable to gain entry to [redacted] apartment due to the door being barricaded He was given a warning letter and a schedule for routine pest control The exterminator visits all 3rd floor apartments the 3rd Friday of each month.Please do not hesitate to contact me with any additional questions you may have My office telephone number is [redacted]
