The issue that Mr*** is referring to has been resolvedWe have removed that portion of his balance for services rendered in from collections and billed the correct health insurance company and they have since reimbursed us with no patient responsibility The collection agency is
calling him for a balance of $for dates of service in March through February Mr*** was sent a statement for that balance on 08/17/2015, to his addressThe USPS did not return, therefore we have to assume that it was delivered

After review of the account we have found that there was a missing insurance payment. The payment was located and posted to the patient's account on 11/27/17. There is no balance due on the account. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

such, I am responding to your inquiry on their behalf.   [redacted] requested that we extend the duration of the payment plan he set up to pay for his wife’s services. The above response given by Zotec Partners, LLC is simply ridiculous. First of all, the billing information reported in their response is far from clear. Thank you for the very little effort in trying to clear this matter up. I do appreciate the admission that allocating payments was confusing to them. It still is to me. Zotec Partners, LLC is in the business of billing and collecting payments, and they find this confusing? Yes, they did refund a portion of one of the payments. May I clarify this - the portion that was refunded to me was $14.50 for a date of service of 12-6-2011. That was almost 4 years ago! Thank you for the timely refund. Much appreciated.
Finally, if not posted in the public domain, I can give you actual check numbers that Zotec Partners, LLC / St. Paul Radiology cashed on 6-29-2015 for the amounts they say I still owe. Two separate checks were cashed - one was for $15.18 and the other was for $15.85. It is mind boggling that they believe I still owe this amount. This is not a fight about money; it's a fight about principle and severe lack of accurate record keeping.
This case is not closed. I request that this remain open until this is adequately resolved like it should be.
I am more than willing to provide more information after this submission as this response, as it sounds, is intended for public domain.
