I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I spoke with Alison at approximately 11:am todayShe received the information that she requested; I explained the price of the participation per unit and told her we did have record of Stage Left being in the parade, but that we do not keep records of the individual participants - that is the responsibility of the organizationAs an extra precaution I've uploaded our parade application which lists the cost per unit to register

I've attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the individual directly. The telephone number provided was not an accurate number and she has not responded to my email sent to the address provided. We feel that we need more information in order to process this request. Our understanding is that...

she is requesting a receipt that was issued to an organization that her daughter participates in for one of our events; however we are unclear if that is the case. We do not usually offer receipts to third parties; if the organization requests a receipt we are happy to comply. She has not contacted our office directly about this issue and we request that she call us at ###-###-#### or email me directly at [redacted]@spfhf.org in order that we may obtain a better understanding of the issue and how to assist her.
