In October I had brought in two dryers (used for drying pets) and a clipper to be repaired. My one stand dryer worked fine and all it needed was a couple rivet holes repaired. I specifically asked if they could do that and was told they could. This is a $*** dryer that was in great working order so nothing else was to be done. I would not have left it there if they said they'd do anything other than what I requested. Over 6 weeks goes by. I finally called for the third time and was told the clipper worked, the other dryer was fixed & THAT DRYER had a blown motor. I asked them why they had even taken that dryer apart considering only the stand was to be looked at. They said nothing. My dad picked them up for me. When I got them THAT DRYER had the cord end cut off and was all apart. the clipper still did not work. I was billed $*** and my dryer is destroyed due to them taking it apart. Their answer was that they decided to do that on their own knowing I did not ask them too. They will not return any calls or talk with me (the owner) I am appalled at the horrible service of this place!
Contact by the Business I believe they either should pay to have someone fix my dryer or replace it! Thy did work to it that was specifically told not to happen. I am now out a perfectly working dryer! I also want to be refunded for the $*** they charged me to destroy my equipment.
I took my central vacuum power head and wand in to be serviced and when I picked it up I expressed concern it was not my power head I had dropped off, and also they didn't have the wand that went with it. I said I had the manual with the details of my power head, they said for me to bring the manual back if I had a concern, which I did and I expressed it. They basically told me I was wrong. I went home, picked up my manual, phoned them explaining what the power head they had given me was round, mine was rectangular (and more expensive) and so he told me to come back to the store. My power head was nothing like the version he gave me and I knew it. I paid for a power head that was not mine and the cost of the "repair" was so much I should've just bought a new one! I went back, he looked at it, said my power head was not there, I was not satisfied with his response, he told me my power vacuum was not at the store. He was going to serve other customers, even though I was first in line. I expressed that that was not acceptable as I was there first. He completely ignored my request saying "you can't please everybody". I will never again set foot in that store.
