Review: MY wife and I scheduled a private "Labor and Delivery Room" at an additional cost. This was to be paid once we checked into the hospital. Due to a complication in the delivery process, my wife was moved from her private room to another room (one which incurs no extra fees). During the move, we asked about the $150 deposit we had paid and we were assured a refund would be issued. I first contacted billing the same day after paying for the room, however had forgot my receipt in the room upstairs and was told I would jfjhave to retrieve the receipt (even though I had made the purchase hours before). By the time I returned, the office had closed for the weekend. I then contacted the hospital on 10/25/13 (two weeks after our hospital stay) to have the refund issued. I was given a receipt of the refund processing and told it would take 2-4 weeks to process. On December **, 2013, after not receiving my refund, I contacted the hospital again. I was told the refund was indeed processed, and sent for final approval on 10/**/13. I was told to call back in one week's time if my refund had not arrived. Today, on January **, 2014, I called again, and was once again told to call back in one week's time as the refund is still processing. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund to be processed immediately.
