We are responding to the complaint filed 07/24/2016 under ID: [redacted] for Billing or Collection Issues.
 
As of this morning(8/1) when I called the patients insurance company, the two claims are in processing and will be completed as of Saturday. The customer service person could not tell me...

much more because it sounds like the two claims have been corrected and are reprocessing. I can send a final response come Monday 08/08/2016 stating claims have been covered or I can call the reporting party and let her know the outcome.
 
We can only see basic things on claims here at the local office. We have been instructed to send all billing calls to our Billing/customer service department in Boise.
