We did cut this lawn times We have documentation of times and dates we were there If we happen to scalp any yard we put seed on the scalp marks It does happen every once in a while And we seeded the areas we scalped on his lawn The lawn was in terrible shape before we even started to mow it We did our best using our best practices The customer is just not pleasable
