I am rejecting this response because:
They only seeded a few spots. They put ruts in my front yard from a big heavy piece of machinery. I asked them not use this machine. I have had to purchase or bags of dirt and reseed over the spots. I have left many voice mails for them and they never return my calls. I have paid $to another company to repair my yard. Out of the four times they have been to my home, only the second time they came was I pleased with what they did. I would like the refund of $plus $for one time they did not cut my grass.

We did cut this lawn 5 times.  We have documentation of times and dates we were there.  If we happen to scalp any yard we put seed on the scalp marks.  It does happen every once in a while.  And we seeded the areas we scalped on his lawn.  The lawn was in terrible shape...

before we even started to mow it.  We did our best using our best practices.  The customer is just not pleasable.
