[redacted]. We received another call on 12/02/15 asking us to bill the same insurance (UHC) again, but under a different ID#. We billed the claim as requested on 12/02/15 and it denied for the same reason, this time under ICN [redacted]. The insured should have received an explanation of benefits on both claims just as we did. We did handle correctly. The complaint notes that there was a "mistaken payment" and that there is a "billing error". There is no billing error and we handled accordingly. If they have a problem with their insurance not covering, they'd have to take it up with them. I'm also not sure why they never contacted us back until this complaint was filed. We handle all calls carefully and document them in our billing system. If there was a problem, we should have been contacted way before now and not via this complaint. We can't answer questions if we're not contacted. Thank you for your time and assistance. I will appreciate you closing out this matter as the complaint is not valid. Thanks, [redacted]
