Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meApparently the counselor [redacted] had filled out the form to not charge us from the appointment in August on two different occasions but someone in the office misplaced it and kept sending us a billWe were contacted by the billing office , apologized to and refunded the payment which we had to pay according to the last letter or be subject to a collection agencyThank you for helping us because we did not know how to push it to upper level management to empower their employee to correct this Sincerely, [redacted] & [redacted]
A phone call was had with the patient. We agreed to write off her no-show charge. Pt seemed satisfied
One of our management people is to call the mom today, and apologize for the error and return the to her credit card ***

The patient arrived for her 1/hour, 1:PM psychiatrist appointment at 1:PMAnother patient was scheduled for 2:PM
The time was verified on the wall clock and on the computer
The patient called her mom to tell her that we would not see herThe patients mom called the office (at 1:PM ) and started yelling at the office staff, accusing them of lying about the time her daughter arrivedBecause of the ruckus, other staff members made note of the exact time the patient came inIt was 1:PMRecords from our phone system clearly showed when mom called in.Again, that was 1:
Just to be accurate regaring moms comment about reimbursememt, we would have received more money from insurance than what we are charging for a no showWe have no problem billing insurance
