St. Louis Area Dressage Society

The StLouis Area Dressage Society's refund policy is as follows: There are no refunds processed after the close date, exception can be made with board approval. The close date for the show was on November 14th, Ms*** contacted us on 11/22/after we had posted the ride times
for the show. She did not like the times that had been assigned to her daughter and contacted the show secretary to have them changed, our secretary moved her ride times to earlier and contacted Ms*** regarding the new ride times. At which time she was scratched from the show since the new times were not during her daughter's "optimal performance time" and requested a refund. *** responded that the refund would need to be approved by the board since it was after the close date.I spoke with Ms*** on 11/23/and informed her of our refund policy and that I would bring it before the board at our next meeting. She was not happy with my response and I suggested that she go ahead and come to the show since the refund was not guaranteed. Our board meeting was on January 11th, and the motion for a refund did not pass.Thank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us to respond, please let me know if you need any additional information
