They now tell me that it was to be done professionally! They have a bogus answer for everythingI did my part and left that place in great condition> I WANT MY MONEY BACKTHIS IS STEALING!! I am not a disgruntled ex-tenant, I have paid my rent on time every month for month and never caused a problem, St Laurent is just upset that I’m not letting them steal my moneyPlease help me get my money back!! To Whom It May Concern:After the tenant turned in the keys I walked through the apartmentI also took pictures, close up picturesThe tenant’s photos are far away, and yes, everything appears cleanAs far as cleaning, blue liquid was poured in the toilet but stains are dripping down the seat Toothpaste is in the sink, dirt is all over the baseboards and windowsills in the bedroomIf the apartment was cleaned properly, none of this would be thereThere are drips going down the cabinet in kitchen which tenant now states was there when she moved inAfter walking her through to show her what we found, she stated the dirt fell after she left.The tenant states the apartment was shampooed, however, there was still dirt on floor and furniture lines in the carpets which is normally lifted with vacuuming and shampooing.The oven was sprayed but quickly wipedMy pictures show the dried on oven cleaner and still grease.What we ask is that the apartment be returned the way they received itI can email photosRegards StLaurent Apartments

Toothpaste is in the sink, dirt is all over the baseboards and windowsills in the bedroom. If the apartment was cleaned properly, none of this would be there. There are drips going down the cabinet in kitchen which tenant now states was there when she moved in. After walking her through to show her what we found, she stated the dirt fell after she left.The tenant states the apartment was shampooed, however, there was still dirt on floor and furniture lines in the carpets which is normally lifted with vacuuming and shampooing.The oven was sprayed but quickly wiped.
