Review: I am still missing a large part of a $2000 order from Ralph and Mary at St Kilda USA Kilts. He originally told me this part of the order would be to me in June. It is September 1st and my Wedding is in less than a week and I do not have everything I need for my wedding party. I have called several times sent emails and his response is always it's coming. Well I want the order by Friday Or Saturday September 3rd. The order has completely been paid for. Out of 14 different peoples orders in my wedding party only 1 is complete in full.Desired Settlement: My order by Saturday September 3, 2016. If my order doesn't get to me by Saturday I would like a refund of the entire order except for one complete package.

Dear Sir / MadamYour ID [redacted]Client actually received the majority of order including ALL custom kilt orders within 3 weeks . We even took back many of the larger kilts due to the fact that client had mismeasured on many of them and resized for him at a very minimal charge and certainly a lot less expensive than anywhere else he would find .This left a smaller balance of items that either had to be custom made or we just did not have in stock at that precise time . Some of the items we had allowed on this order were items we do not generally stock or sell which in turn made it more difficult for our manufacturer to produce in such a small quantity, we explained this to client and an alternative would be much quicker but he wanted to wait.He was also informed on I believe the same date that he had contacted you by the looks of it ( we were not aware he had done this and still not sure why ) that he would be receiving 2 express tracking numbers to satisfy this order in the am and get these smaller items finally finished and he was supplied the tracking numbers the following morning . We also included some extra items as a safeguard also .The only items that were not included from original order were 2 childrens sporrans but he was credited back the full cost for these 2 ( $ 38.00 total ) and given replacements free of charge for the kids to keep and his order was complete before his event.Client at no time asked for a refund ,. I am pretty sure he was aware he had been given a great deal on his purchase for the amount of assorted products and designs as we discounted everything for him included within it.Best Wishes
Review: I placed an order January 8th 2014 for a custom made item that should have taken 6-8 weeks to complete. About two and a half months later I called to check on the order since it was past the time we should have received the item. The gentleman on the phone indicated the item was actually being made by a third party and that they were behind so please allow 12-15 weeks. It is now May. Well past the extended time frame. I have called several more times with no one answering and left two messages as well as sent an email. No one answers the phone or returns calls and the purchased product has still not been sent. I can't find an option for a refund or get ahold of anyone to discuss my options.Desired Settlement: I would like the full purchase price of $107.20 refunded immediately.
Review: On September 7, 2013 I purchased a Kilt package from St. Kilda USA at the Pittsburgh Irish Festival. They did not have my flashings or shirt available and said it would be shipped within 3 weeks. I have called and emailed the provided addresses on their website and to this date (12-31-2013) I have still not recieved a response or the products the wear paid for in advance.Desired Settlement: I want the products I paid for or a refund for the purchase price to get the items from somewhere else.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received these items via mail last week. If I had not filed a complaint I probably would have never received the items in question. Thank you for assistance in this matter.
