St Jude Shop

On April 4, 2019 I ordered a packet of palm 100 strips for Palm Sunday. On April 6 I was given a tracking number for the US post office. There was absolutely no movement with my order and I check with the post office They stated they were not in possession of my order. I contacted the gift shop via email I received an email back from Fran saying it was mailed out April 5, 2019 I contacted the gift shop again today and they did not give me a straight answer they said it was mailed out yesterday And I should have it by today or tomorrow. Employee said we’ll maybe you’ll get it by Friday they could not give me a straight answer. I want my refund but they refuse.

I miss havig a St Jude shop close by, I always loved going in there, could never leave without buying something good.pleasecome back to South Jersey or South Philly
