St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center

Is St. Joe's open for out patient surgeries yet? I have a loved one who's surgery was cancelled one day before it was scheduled using COVID as the excuse. He is in cronic pain affecting his quality of life greatly and was told he is 1st on the list. When will out patient surgeries start again?

We received a letter  on June 03, 2015 regarding [redacted]'s complaint. Our focus is to make our patient satisfied with our service. On 01/15/15 we sent a refund check  to Ms [redacted], and mailed out records on 02/13/15. On 04/07/15 Ms [redacted] called regarding the refund check that it...

expired.  On 04/08/15 we called her back  regarding the refund check but we never received a response from her. On 05/24/2015 Ms [redacted] called regarding refund and on 05/26/15 we called Ms [redacted] to verify her correct address so we can reissue a check. To this date 06/04/15 the issue has been resolved. We contacted Ms [redacted] and have reissued a refund check.Thank you,The Management
