St. Johns Insurance Company, Inc.

This insurance company raised our rates within one month of purchasing the policy, claiming it was made of wood. But my walls are cinderblock. Then today we received a notice of cancelation due to our trees touching the roof line. But they were cut back 4 weeks ago. We paid a professional 1500 to complete the job. There are no trees hanging over our roof. Perhaps they should send someone to actually come out and look before they make that determination?
I am glad they are canceling our policy. If they gave us this much hassle before we even had a claim, can you imagine what they are like to deal with if we do have a claim?

I have been saint Jones customer for the past year. They are unprofessional. Almost never return the phone calls. I am very disappointed I do not feel valued as a customer . I would recommend to look for another insurance company with better customer satisfaction rating .
