I have been in contact with the patient regarding his bill. Unfortunately, this complaint is more of an issue with his insurance... plan defining what they consider an emergency visit. After, further investigation with various departments they all have stated the same that this was coded properly.

I am sorry that patients experience here was unsatisfactory.  I will follow-up with the patient within 24hrs to discuss there complaint.
