I have never received any any letter from St. John hearing. In fact I wrote to them and it was returned unopened. I returned the hearing aids 2 days after the 30 day trial period. I did not return them earlier because I was out of state(moved) and could not get there before the 30 days. I explained this to them when I returned them, and was told I would get the refund. I need that refund so I can purchase new hearing aids.. They refuse to return my calls. As I said I have never received any letter from them regarding reselling them as they stated to you.
