ID [redacted] ordered a white door from usI was open and honest with them on the door at the day they ordered it from usWhen they received the door they decided that the door was not good enough for them to use on a van they were repairing for a customer [redacted] called me and said the door just wasnt going to workHe explained to me on the phone that we (StJames Auto Salvage) did nothing wrong, he said he thought the door would work however it isnt going to work for themI gave him options, he could send the door back to me and I would refund total price of $or they could bring me the door and I would refund all but the restocking feeI told [redacted] I would work with him if they shipped it back to me as they would have freight charges sending the door backSo what they did is send the door back with a friend and I refunded the total price of the doorThe total refund of the door did not happen right away as I gave the options to [redacted] and some time went by until he called me with their decision of what return option they were going to doWe explained the door that they received, there was no fault from StJames Auto SalvageI would like this complaint removed as I have never spoke or dealt with [redacted] and I gave a full refund to [redacted] when we were honest when selling this doorStJames Auto Salvage pertained no wrong business in this matterIn closing, I never once said that we would charge them a 33% restocking feeThat is an inaccurate number from [redacted] I discussed with [redacted] a 25% restocking fee option of $Also when [redacted] ordered the door from us, he never once said it needed to be insurance qualityI stated to [redacted] when he called to return the door that if you would have told me it needed to be insurance quality I never would have sold them this doorOnce again I have never spoke with [redacted] about this purchase at all and his information quoted is not accurate.Thank youChris [redacted] owner

I gave him 2 options, he could send the door back to me and I would refund total price of $220 or they could bring me the door and I would refund all but the restocking fee. I told [redacted] I would work with him if they shipped it back to me as they would have freight charges sending the door back. So what they did is send the door back with a friend and I refunded the total price of the door. The total refund of the door did not happen right away as I gave the options to [redacted] and some time went by until he called me with their decision of what return option they were going to do.
