*** *** *** did call Utah Radiology Billing on May 3, and made a payment of to pay off her account. I am not sure about the wait time or the disconnect with the phone. We will look into that and see what the problem could have been. This is an unusual
complaint because we do show she called in and was helped by one of our patient representatives and was given the help she asked for. If the patient has any other questions she is more than welcome to call me direct. 801-701-
