We have responded by email to the patientIf his desired settlement is a refund we are able to refund him the amount he paid after insurance which is the amount of $ 19.22, if requested

We are in receipt of your complaint [redacted] .We have contacted Mr [redacted] and explained that due to the fact that we are out of network with his insurance coverage we were not obligated to discount the charge amount as indicated by his Explanation of benefits However due to the folly in communications of our staff we have agreed to write off the balance.Mr [redacted] seemed to approve of this resolution We look forward to a continued relationship with him and his family.Thank you
