Based on our review of this Complaint, we identified an opportunity to improve our communication with the CustomerAnd, due to the circumstances surrounding this experience, we have adjusted the Spouse’s balance of $250.00. Our organization personally contacted the Customer and her Spouse to
apologize for the experience, discuss ways that we plan to improve her experience in the future and advise the Customer that we are writing off the remaining balance for her SpouseWe also encouraged the Customer to consider utilizing our organization in the future and Customer stated that she would probably return to using our organization for future visitsWe thank the Customer for providing us with the opportunity to address this matter *** * ***
