*August 8, I was informed by Dockside Dental that I would have to come in again and have a 2nd impression done, because the 1st impression was not received by a 3rd party company and the package was unable to be tracked
*August 10, 2018, I canceled my upcoming appointment via email
*August 13, *** *** replied back "Thank you for the message and we have cancelled your appointment for this morning We do need to get you rescheduled to have a new impression for your crown Please call or email at your earliest convenience to schedule."
