When Ms. [redacted] called to book the service call for her pool, it was explained that many times, when the pool liner begins to come out of the extrusion, it is extremely difficult to get it to go back in. It depends on the age of the liner, amount of elasticity, and temperature of the day. The pool tech that did the service call did his best to get as much of the liner back in as possible. When Ms. [redacted] called to voice her concerns, we again explained to her that we did the best we could with the conditions we were given. After discussion, I offered her a refund for the job done and she could try to get another company that may fulfill her expectations. she declined this offer, saying that we did do work on her pool, but did not complete the job to her satisfaction. She wants us to come back and get the rest of the liner in the extrusion. Unfortuantely, some things just can't be done as the customer would like. I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted]. I am familiar with the pool, because I was the one that went ot to measure the pool for a winter cover. We did not install the pool and looking at it, it is an older pool. What happens over time is the liner looses it’s elasticity and can...

begin to sag in areas. I had one of my employees go to her home to try to fix the issue she was having. He repaired it as best he could. When she called the office unhappy with the job, we did offer to refund her the cost of the service call, but she wanted us to come back instead. We are unable to do any better because of the age of the liner.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. The only thing they were asked to do was insert stoppers in the spots that were starting to come down. While they did a few of them there werestill spots that weren't done.  That was my only complaint. Finish the job.
