Mr G[redacted] came in for the oil change and we had told him that the vehicle had severe oil leakage and recommend to have the engine clean and recheck. Transmission fluid were low, but the main reason why we didn't top off was because every vehicle use a different type of transmission fluid and adding...

the wrong type of fluid into the transmission will do more harm than helping it. We still have the original invoice with dates, mileage and vin # of the vehicle that had been posted back in sept 2 (the original purchase date). We had attempt to email him the invoice because the printer failed to print on the original purchase date. The second time when he came in I had step out for lunch but did get in touch with him by phone after, and he agreed to stop by to pick up the invoice later but never showed up. We still have that original invoice that had been posted in our system and are ready to be email or print anytime. Thank you for your understanding
