I am rejecting this response because:  As stated in my complaint, 1. Dentist did not stand by agreements made on the day of dental visit 2.  Did not collect or inform me of charges at visit.  Since I took xrays with me, we knew my insurance would not pay. 3.  Did not submit to insurance for 8 months.  4.  Did NOT return my call in October.  5.  I continue to receive "recall" cards from them.  Isn't it convenient that I receive those but not statements as claimed by Cindy.  6.  Charged me $94.95 OVER Insurance negotiated fee (that is the amount I am trying to get refunded).  Should I also contact the Texas State Attorney General and Insurance Commissionor and Texas State Board of Dental Examiners?
