St. Clair Car Wash

We took our car for a car wash and our rims got damaged we told the lady responsible was scared because she knew she damaged my car. She told me she would pay for the damages and not to tell her boss , ***. The next day the boss said they were not going to do anything about it. I did not have to pay for the car wash but the damages are $500. I had just gotten my rims painted the day before at the Mechanic. I am very angry with the service I received and I believe they should be held accountable. I do hope my complaint makes others aware of this type of behaviour and go to a better car wash.
