delay was actually because of negotiations regarding his insurance carrierThe insurance carrier finally told him that it was their fault and not oursWe have done more than $6,worth of work on his home and we were there again today and will complete the job- he seems satisfied
This was all a miscommunication between the insurance carrier, the insurance adjuster and the consumer
