Review: Me and my wife were in the process of buying a new house and put $2000 in Earnest money down and were told that if we didn't qualify for the loan, St. Aubyn would send it to there lender within 7 days of closing. If that did not get approved we would receive all EM back in full. St. Aubyn is refusing to release our EM and after months of back and forth with them, we have grown tire. Since the beginning of the process we have been disrespected and lied to by St. Aubyn and the contingents. We want this matter handled appropriately. We did a walk through before the house was completed and found cigarette butts, beer bottles and trash through out the house. We were told that this would be taken care o, a few weeks later we found more cigarette butts, beer bottles in the shower and fireplace and more trash. As a US Army Veteran I feel disrespected and feel my family was taken advantage o.Desired Settlement: We would like an apology from St. Aubyn and there sales person [redacted], also our EM back of $2000.00
