Hello, We understand you have made the reservation through [redacted] , and unfortunately you would have to confirm with them regarding the refund since they directed you to change hotels and, as stated, are responsible for debiting your account.As per the initial issue, we understood that you had arrived at the hotel and refused to stay at the hotel since you were not satisfied with the option of street parking, as our hotel parking spaces were completely occupiedWe do apologize that this issue is still of concern, and has not been resolvedThank you for your patience in this matterBest, Ishrat J*** Assistant General Manager
Hello, It is our extreme displeasure that the guest had faced multiple responses regarding their issueAs per their concern, the guest made a reservation through *** with the strict policy that the total of the charge may be charged anytime after confirmation, and that in case of
cancellation or a no show the full payment of the stay will be chargedAlthough we do understand why the guest chose not to stay at our hotel unfortunately we have limited parking and cannot confirm parking to all of our guests, and as an alternative do suggest street parking or alternate parking garagesAs per the policies confirmed with the guest at the time of reservation we cannot issue a refund of the stay but as a courtesy would love to have them back and offer them a 10% discount with free parking upon availabilityWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for your patienceBest Regards, Ishrat J*** BEST WESTERN PLAZA

This matter is not resolved and won't be until I receive a refund from the Best Western or [redacted] Also, I want this matter permanently filed with the Revdex.com. The Best Western and [redacted] un-lawful practice is responsible for confiscating my funds without my knowledge or authorization.
