Absolutely horrible experience with SSG Tactical Their customer service is atrocious, and in my experience downright dishonest In short I spent almost $dollars at their business and they were supposed to file paperwork with the *** to complete the transaction, which they did not When confronted by this I was given various excusses which were very defensive I asked to be refunded my money, which they did, but not before taking 5% of it for themselves CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

I stopped there about 5 months ago and I asked some specific questions in which I was directed to a gentleman who specialized in the subject, It was handled professionally and I was assisted until I came to a purchase decision, I would recommend this place and I would love to go back and visit more often.

Review: On or about 2/7/2009 at 11:48:57, I entered into a purchase agreement with [redacted] to purchase one [redacted] to be shipped to [redacted]. Although he charged my credit card, [redacted] never delivered the product and never returned the funds.Desired Settlement: I request that [redacted] refund the amount he charged for the product, $695.00.
