I am closing my business due to income. I contacted SSD to cancel my service, and ask if they would review my contract since I was canceling 5 months prior to the contract ended. It came back that they are not willing to work with me in the slightest way. I was not asking for them to remove my 5 months, but felt after being a strong client for 6 years, they could help out. I am very disappointed that it is all about the bottom line for them. The system is mine , so there would be no service call to remove it, just an adjustment to help, so I am not stuck with an outstanding large bill. Since there seems to be a lack of any customer relations, I would have to say I would not recommend them AT ALL. They all sound like robots when speaking to them. Will not veer from the written script saying, according to your contract.
Review: I properly notified SSD to cancel my service with them in accordance with the written contract we have. SSD continues to bill me for month after month of service that was to end August 15, 2015. I have received collection letters from SSD and each time I call them to try to get them to abide by the contract, nothing happens. They even agreed that there is a credit due me of $179.55, starting back in April of this year that has not been posted yet. I received another bill today showing a past due balance. I again called and left a message for the collection person to call me. As of right now, I have not received a call back.
I have again called the rep in Arlington Texas that I dealt with originally, as I have every month since the beginning of this contract. He agrees that SSD is failing to comply with not only the Contract we had but to even conduct business in a profession and timely manner.
I will try to contact the owner of SSD directly but please contact SSD and see if they will uphold their contract.Desired Settlement: Post the back credits to my account, terminate the service as of the August 15, 2015 requested date, and stop the billing for any service after August 15, 2015 and correct any past due billing amounts.

problem was corrected immediately with our apology. The client was pleased with
