I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolvedI would not have made the complaint if there were other options provided by the employee Jonathan. I did not agree to any kind of refund as the website [redacted] has not received any response from the hotel per the emails that I received. I did notice a partial refund was received however again I did not agree to this amount as it should have been the full amount.They may have had a professional photographer take photos of the nice rooms for the hotel but by the photos that I took of the room we were given so not show the same image as this hotel provides to potential clients on their website.
