Review: Last August 18, 2013, I made an online registration to take the SSAT exam on October 12, 2013 at [redacted], ** for my daughter and paid with my debit card ending with # [redacted]the problem started when their payment system did not acknowledge my payment online and I have to redo such 4 more times (total 5x). The next morning I called SSAT.org (tel: [redacted] and **. [redacted] was the guy who answered me. After explaining to [redacted] what happened he told me if I checked my email [redacted] to which I answered no. When I checked my e-mail I was surprised that there were 5 receipts for the transaction and each I was billed?! **. [redacted] also told me and apologized that there are individuals who also went through just like me and SSAT is trying to correct the flaw on their new system?! I told [redacted] that if there is a problem SSAT.org should stop it from running until there is a solution. Instead of dealing with the problem **. [redacted] told me to send a copy of all the receipts and transactions I made to include the name of my daughter who will be taking the exam, her school testing center, the materials I ordered for her during registration which amounted to 195.00 (one transaction/registration) and the last 4 digit of my [redacted] card.

I informed **. [redacted] of my displeasure but he is very insistent of my doing what he wants me to do (sending a copy of all the receipts through e-mail) which I did. I also talked to another person after [redacted] in the name of [redacted] informing her to check the e-mail that **. [redacted] requested me to send. She was not able to locate it in their server but I asked her her extension number which she gave. Today, I was surprised that my bank [redacted] billed me five times instead of one! I was expecting that SSAT.org have corrected the error or put a hold on debiting money from my account but unfortunately SSAT.org failed to correct it.Desired Settlement: Resolve the issue with SSAT [redacted] I am re-sending this receipts to SSAT. I have earlier followed your advise but it seems that SSAT's right foot is out-of-touch with its left foot and can not even find this initial e-mail reply so I am forwarding you this to clear the confusion. I will definitely lodge a complain to the Revdex.com tomorrow if this can not be resolved.
