Review: [redacted] of S.S. Construction was hired on 9/*/2010 to repair a leak in the kitchen roof,paint the roof and install a new gutter.A signed receipt with documentation of my full payment received,including a written lifetime warranty was provided after paying $2,650 to [redacted] for the work done.[redacted] was later hired 9/*/2011 to repair the dinning room ceiling after I had saved up enough money.He was paid $500.00 for the job done.However,I have since had major leaks from both my kitchen and dining room ceiling.A bucket has to placed under several ceiling areas to catch the constant leaks whenever it rains or snows.Immediately after noticing the leaks I contacted [redacted] by phone. He reassured me he would most certainly return to take a look and repair the leak.He did not show up on the arranged date.I have since made numerous phone calls over a year now where he promises to fix the leak.After a time I was unable to get him by phone.He would not pick up or return my phone messages.Desired Settlement: I no longer trust the quality of his work.He has demonstrated that he cannot be relied on to correct poor workmanship.The claim of lifetime warranty is not accurate.So I can no longer do business under these circumstances.
