S&S Tire

To whom it may concern... The wheels and tires that [redacted] purchased from us (S&S Tires) where hand picked by her husband Mr. [redacted]. We only mounted and balanced the tires on the wheels. We did not at any point bolt on this wheel and tire package to there vehicle.Due to the fact that...

he was having the truck suspension altered at a separate shop which we in any way fashion or form where not involved with. Furthermore Mr. [redacted] called us (S&S Tires) 2 days prior to his visit to us saying that his tire had blown out and wanted his tire warrantied. We were willing to cover his tire and even ordered the tire ahead of time . When the tire was inspected it was clearly obvious that he had run over a large nail/screw and even he admitted to it. The hole was clearly obvious and he had driven on it flat and ruined the tire. So in fact it did not get a blow out he had gotten a flat and drove on it flat ...which in fact is user error not the installers or tire manufacturer liability or fault. We have already spoken to a [redacted] representative and they stated that the costumer is not covered in this particular case . But we as a reputable company that has been in business for quit some time now went out of our way and offered a tire at our cost and labor for $40 to appease the costumer ;but Mr.[redacted] took it as an insult and stormed off as if we made no effort to help him in his time of need.
