May 31, 2016To whom it may concern:On May 4, [redacted] purchased a used [redacted] Truck "As is - No Warranty"All vehicles are sold "as is" and I do not have a shop facility to verify any mechanical problems with vehiclesCustomers are told this up front and are made aware of all issues know about.During time of purchase, [redacted] was asked to sign an "AS - Is No Warranty" form and was given a copy for her records (copy enclosed)She also signed the "AS -is Warranty information section" (copy enclosed) on the Buyer's OrderI even wrote on the Buyer's Order No Warranty and [redacted] signed it.Therefore, I feel there was no fraudulent intent on my part and her request for monetary reimbursement should be denied.Fred S
