I am rejecting this response because: Your listing on ebay and your description of the car in our phone conversations led us to believe it was a lot more than cleaning up the car.  You did tell me that an auto appraiser said it was a $30,000 car.  We should have known something was wrong when you were working on it to get it to shift when we arrived and the carburetor stuck when driving it. Those were small items once we got it home and found all the other problems.  What you did was a good job of giving it a Dupont overhaul!

No. My name is not on the purchase paperwork. There is no purchase paperwork as she did not purchase the car. And, no, she is not a minor. If necessary, I can have her do the complaint instead. I am just telling you our experience, and the deposit was made by me on my debit card. Thank you.

First and foremost Mr. H[redacted] paid $12800 for the 2006 Dodge 1500.  He was treated fairly and given a great deal, he was given a discount of $1425.  Mr. H[redacted] sat with the sales person during the negotiations and gave a laundary list of items that He wanted to have fixed (written on a...

we owe) its up to the Owner and or the GM on whether or not these items will paid for out of any proceeds on the transaction.  Mr H[redacted] has an idea that a 14.5 year old vehicle should be brand new and if that was the case we would be a new car dealer not preowned.  The vehicle past a rigorous and mandatory Missouri Inspection.  Vehicles have normal wear and tear on them we cant predict whether or not a battery is going to go bad...etc. At this time Mr. H[redacted] has made such an episode of this we would prefer if he did his service somewhere else. We have asked on occassion to call to schedule an appointment to have these items looked at He doesnt show up, and then shows up several days later unannounced. We didnt authorize any of the items he listed on his we owe......He can seek His service somewhere else
