SRM Mobile Mechanic

Mechanic was paid for services which were not delivered upon[redacted] was contracted originally to fix my radiator and ac compressor and a few other problems on my volvo on February 25th. He did half of the work, after stringing me along for over a month and a half he finally resolved to begin the process of coming back out to me mid April, but never actually did. He repeatedly made excuses and tested my more than generous patience until I eventually never heard from him again after May 9th; he has since taken down his business page on facebook, as well as his personal page, so I assume this 'gentleman' may in fact be a scam artist. Beware.Desired SettlementI'd like an apology and explanation, I really don't need much more, although if he wants to offer compensation for my inconvenience and stress he's caused (driving for months with no AC), I'd certainly be willing to talk, I'm not unreasonable. If he took my money and ran that's fine but I'd like to know, he bought a part using my money and then lied to me for a few days and then complete silence...I emailed him repeatedly I'd pay for the part a second time just to get and use it today and to pay another mechanic, rather than waste my time ordering another compressor.

Mr. [redacted] received a deposit for auto repair, never fixed the car.
