Hello Jessica,In respo**e to Mr [redacted] ' complaint, ID [redacted] :During the Summer of 2012, we i**talled a roof for [redacted] There have not been any issues with the roof for almost three (3) years [redacted] called this summer regarding a roof leak We went out right away to take a look It appeared that an animal had chewed through the rubber pipe jack, over the kitchen It was explained to [redacted] that this was not a roof warranty issue When asked what he wanted done, [redacted] said to silicone the pipe jack We did so, at his request, for no charge He then contacted us a couple of other times this summer saying the leak was not fixed We re-siliconed the pipe jack for him on two (2) other, separate occasions Recently, since the date of his complaint, we went out and installed a new pipe jack, at no charge to Mr [redacted] We have tried to be very helpful to Mr [redacted] However, this is simply not a roof warranty issue We have done all we can to help him with his situation If you should have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail or contact me directly at ###-###-#### We appreciate it!
