look.  It appeared that an animal had chewed through the rubber pipe jack, over the kitchen.  It was explained to [redacted] that this was not a roof warranty issue.  When asked what he wanted done, [redacted] said to silicone the pipe jack.  We did so, at his request, for no charge.  He then contacted us a couple of other times this summer saying the leak was not fixed.  We re-siliconed the pipe jack for him on two (2) other, separate occasions.  Recently, since the date of his complaint,  we went out and installed a new pipe jack, at no charge to Mr. [redacted].  We have tried to be very helpful to Mr. [redacted].  However, this is simply not a roof warranty issue.  We have done all we can to help him with his situation.  If you should have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail or contact me directly at ###-###-####.  We appreciate it! Thank you,SRB General Construction& Remodeling, Inc.[redacted]
