Dear Revdex.com, The claimant purchased this product in a private sale and has been advised by SSNA to pursue any settlement through the seller of the used bike The bike is approximately years old and has been out of warranty for yearsWe offered to extend a "crash replacement" price on a replacement product which the claimant rejected The claimant references that the bicycle was designed to be "used off road on rocky terrain".There is a warning sticker on the back of the suspension fork that indicates the intended purpose of the fork, and it is not for aggressive use Upon examination of the photos the claimant submitted to us via email, it is clear to see that this bike has not been well cared for, nor serviced appropriately as evidenced in the corrosion on exposed metallic partsThe photos are included We request that this complaint be found to have no merit and have it removed from public view Best regards, Shawn H [redacted] General Manager, North American Operations
